On 4th September 2024, at 14.00 – 15.00 hours, Ms. Danaya Tangdhanakanond, Executive Director of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Chief Judge of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court assigned Ms. Suthinee Roekwasinkul, Director of the Office of Arbitration, Ms. Rujira Chivalak, Legal Officer Senior Professional Level together with TAI’s staff welcomed Professor Kun Fan, International ADR Expert from the University of New South Wales Law's Herbert Smith Freehills China International Business and Economic Law (CIBEL) Centre, Mr. Supachai Prapainop, Vice Presiding Judge of the Prachinburi Provincial Court, Mr. Natthapol Treekajornkiet Vice Presiding Judge of the
Nakhon Sawan Kwaeng Court together with the trainees from Mini LL.M course in collaboration between Office of the Judiciary and University of New South Wales 1st generation, for a visit at the TAI. On the occasion of the discussion regarding the promotion and development of dispute resolution particularly in international arbitration at the reception room of the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary, 5th floor, Criminal Court Building.
