                <title>TAI Leads Participants of the "TAI Smart Internship 2026" Programme on Study Visits to the Administrative Court and Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd.</title>

                <description>&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:20px;&quot;&gt;On Thursday, 25 June 2026, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, Mrs. Ratchadawan Kosawat, Assistant Secretary-General of the Office of the Judiciary, led a group of officials from the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary, together with the 25 participants of the &amp;quot;TAI Smart Internship 2026&amp;quot; programme, on a study visit to the Administrative Court. On this occasion, Mr. Tra-ngan Kiatsirirot, Chief Judge of the Central Administrative Court, kindly delivered a briefing on administrative case proceedings and the mediation of disputes in administrative cases. The group then observed a demonstration of the Electronic Administrative Court system (e-Admincourt) and attended a court hearing as observers, as well as visited the Public Law Library and the Administrative Court reception building at the Administrative Court Building, Chaeng Watthana Road, Bangkok.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

The visits aimed to enhance the students&amp;#39; understanding of the arbitration system as a whole, as well as to create opportunities and hands-on learning experiences regarding the work of various relevant organisations.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
