On this occasion, Mr. Tra-ngan Kiatsirirot, Chief Judge of the Central Administrative Court, kindly delivered a briefing on administrative case proceedings and the mediation of disputes in administrative cases. The group then observed a demonstration of the Electronic Administrative Court system (e-Admincourt) and attended a court hearing as observers, as well as visited the Public Law Library and the Administrative Court reception building at the Administrative Court Building, Chaeng Watthana Road, Bangkok.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:20px;">Subsequently, from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., the group undertook a study visit to Weerawong, Chinnavat &amp; Partners Ltd., where Mr. Patsawat Sivavej, Partner, Mr. Piyachon Jirarattanamethakorn, and Ms. Kedsirin Wisetwatcharawong, Associates, kindly welcomed the group and delivered a presentation. The visits aimed to enhance the students&#39; understanding of the arbitration system as a whole, as well as to create opportunities and hands-on learning experiences regarding the work of various relevant organisations.</span></p>
