On this occasion, Mr. Rattakarn Boonnua, Mr. Steven Burkill, and Mr. Tossaporn Sampipatthanadecha, Partners of the firm, along with their team, kindly welcomed the group and delivered a presentation on their work as legal advisors and counsel in Thailand.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:20px;">Subsequently, from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., the participants undertook a study visit to the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), where Mr. Ratchasarut Chanchoti, Deputy Director for Strategy and Business Development, and his team, kindly welcomed the group and delivered a presentation on the overview of THAC&#39;s role, mission, and operations as an institution providing alternative dispute resolution services.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:20px;">The visits aimed to enhance the students&#39; understanding of the arbitration system as a whole, as well as to create opportunities and hands-on learning experiences regarding the work of relevant private-sector organisations.</span></p>
