https://tai.coj.go.th/th/content/category/articles/id/4/cid/21/ RSS Feed | สำนักอนุญาโตตุลาการ th https://tai.coj.go.th/th/content/category/detail/id/4/cid/21/iid/583637/ <p><span style="font-size:20px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;On 8 September 2026, the Executive Director of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) delivered a presentation on &ldquo;Arbitration in Thailand&rdquo; at the Sixth Forum of Maritime Silk Road Legal Services District in Xiamen, China, under the theme &ldquo;Integration of Law and Business for Innovative Services to Enterprises Going Global.&rdquo;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The presentation highlighted Thailand as a reliable and convenient forum for resolving commercial disputes involving foreign investors, as well as TAI&rsquo;s experience in handling cross-border disputes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;TAI is now administering at least 18 pending cases involving Chinese investors, with an aggregate amount in dispute of approximately RMB 650 million. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;TAI is ready to serve Chinese investors and businesses with its expertise and range of arbitration services, including access to Chinese and Chinese-speaking arbitrators registered on TAI&rsquo;s roster. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Through continued international engagement, TAI remains committed to promoting reliable, efficient and accessible arbitration in Thailand.</span></p>
