The Office of the Judiciary was established the announcement (No.2) B.E. 2562 regarding the amount of expense for the arbitral proceeding of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) which specify that the TAI can collect the award transfer fee (for domestic only) in the amount of 300 Baht per award which will enforce to any cases that apply to the TAI since 1 April 2019.
