On 4 April 2019, Dr. Pornpat Tantikulananta, Executive Director of the TAI, assigned Mrs. Nattaya Thongsuk, Director of the Office of Arbitration, to participate in a conference with the One Start One Stop Investment Center (OSOS) in order to consult about the progress of the Smart Visa. The resolution of the conference was to allow the Smart Visa's applicant to request for the certificate of the expert in arbitration for the Smart Visa Application whether from the Smart Visa Office or directly from the TAI.
