On 3rd November 2021 at 14.00 hrs., the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary (TAI), by Mr. Sorawit Limparangsri, Chief Judge of the Office of the Supreme Court, was assigned as a speaker delivering speech on the development of mediation in Thailand with representatives from other countries in the 2021 UNCITRAL ADR Special Session: UNCITRAL and Regional Developments on Arbitration and Mediation meeting. The meeting was hosted both on-site at KCAB International, South Korea, and online by UNCITRAL RCAP, and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea.
