On November 10, 2021 at 10.00 hrs, Dr. Worawong Atcharawongchai, Executive Director, Thai Arbitration Institute, the Office of the Judiciary (TAI) and Mr. Chana Sampalang, President of the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage signed a Memorandum of Understanding on academic cooperation and promotion of arbitration between the Thai Arbitration Institute and the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage. Its purpose is to disseminate knowledge of arbitration and other alternative dispute resolutions related to construction and architecture as well as practice guidelines in relevant architect occupation, which will help them choose an appropriate dispute resolution.

On this occasion, Mr. Wittaya Weerapradit, Director of the Arbitration Office, Mrs. Rujira Chivalak, a senior legal officer, Mr. Niwet Wasinon, Vice President of the Association and Mr. Sarawut Kanchanapimai, Association Officers signed as witnesses in making the Memorandum of Understanding, at the office of the TAI, on 5th floor, Criminal Court Building.
