On Thursday 26th September 2024, at 10.00 hours, Ms. Danaya Tangdhanakanond, Executive Director of the Thai Arbitration Institute, Chief Judge of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court, and Professor Steve Ngo, President and Executive Director of Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre (BAIAC), signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) and Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre (BAIAC). This MOU aims to extend the cooperation and promote the dispute Resolution by Arbitration between the two organizations for another three years.

On this occasion, Prof. Vichai Ariyanuntaka, Advisor to the Thai Arbitration Institute, Ms. Suthinee  Roekwasinkul, Director of the Office of Arbitration, Mr. Zhong  Hong, Chairman of Beihai Arbitration Commission/ Beihai International Arbitration Court, Guangxi, Mr. Zhu  Jifan, Deputy Chairman of Beihai Arbitration Commission and board member of Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre Singapore, and companions attended the signing ceremony as witnesses at the TAI Office on the 5th floor.
