On Wednesday, 1 July 2026, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary (TAI), represented by Mrs. Rujira Chivalak, Senior Professional Legal Officer and Head of the Legal and System Development Division, was entrusted to lead the 25 participants of the training programme on arbitral proceedings, practices, and court procedures relating to arbitration under the "TAI Smart Internship 2026" curriculum on a study visit to Herbert Smith Freehills (Thailand) Limited.

On this occasion, Mr. Warathorn Wongsawangsiri, Partner, Mr. Jetsarit Sahassarangsi, Senior Associate, and their team, welcomed the participants and delivered a presentation on their work as legal advisors and counsel in the country. The visit aimed to enhance the students' understanding of the arbitration system as a whole, as well as to create opportunities and hands-on learning experiences regarding the work of relevant private-sector organisations.
