How to pay
The Expenses
- For the Expenses, the parties have to leave a deposit according to the Pay-In Slip issued by the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), the Claimant, however, has to leave it on the date of submission of the Statement of Claim, but for the Respondent is on the date of submission of the Statement of Defense/Counter-claim or within the date determined by the TAI. The Expenses will be as follows;
- In the case of the arbitral proceeding conduct in Thai language, each party shall place in the amount of 15,000 Baht
- In the case of the arbitral proceeding conduct in other languages excluding Thai language, each party shall place in the amount of 30,000 Baht
- When the case is concluded, the TAI will do the account summary for the arbitrator to specify the overall expenses in the award. If the amount of deposit is insufficient, the parties may have to pay additional charges, however, if there are no additional charges occurred, the surplus of the money will be transferred back to the parties.

The Arbitrator Fees
- For the Arbitrator fees, the parties have to leave a deposit according to the Pay-In Slip issued by the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) to the TAI within 30 days after the date of acknowledgment of the number of the arbitrators or the date specified by the TAI.
