How to pay
- For the Expenses, the parties have to leave a deposit for 15,000 Baht each according to the Pay-In Slip issued by the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), the Claimant, however, has to leave it on the date of submission of the Statement of Claim, but for the Respondent is on the date of submission of the Statement of Defense/Counter-claim.
- When the case is concluded, the TAI will do the account summary for the arbitrator to specify the overall expenses in the award. The surplus of the money will be transferred back to the parties if there is no additional charge occurred.
The Arbitrator Fees
- For the Arbitrator fees, the parties have to leave a deposit according to the Pay-In Slip issued by the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) to the TAI within 30 days after the date of acknowledgment of the number of the arbitrators or the date specified by the TAI.
