Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) gives priority to personnel selection that is to be listed in the roster of arbitrators. We have a list of arbitrators who has sufficient capability and proficient skill from various professions for the parties’ selection in our roster of arbitrators. Any applicant who wishes to qualify as an arbitrator of the TAI needs to be considered by the Committee on Consideration of Qualifications of Arbitration Applicants subject to the announcement of the Office of the Judiciary regarding the listing of arbitrators of the Thai Arbitration Institute Roster of Arbitrators. Presently, in our roster of arbitrators, we have more than 300 arbitrators including foreign arbitrators from different professions such as Civil and Commercial Law, Engineering, Investment, International Law and Communication Technology.
