Today (3 July 2026) at 1.00 p.m., Mr. Kunchat Polratana, Appeal Court Justice of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court, presided over the closing ceremony of the training programme on arbitral proceedings, practices, and court procedures relating to arbitration under the "TAI Smart Internship 2026" curriculum. On this occasion, he presented certificates to the participants who successfully completed the training, and conferred awards upon the winners of the "Mini Talk with TAI" competition and the "TAI Clip Contest."

The event was joined by Ms. Kamonchanok Katinasamit, Judge of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court and Executive Director of the Thai Arbitration Institute, and Ms. Atipa Junwerasatien, Judge of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court, who served together as judges of the said competitions. The ceremony was held at the Grand Conference Room, 12th Floor, Criminal Court Building, Bangkok.

The training programme successfully achieved its intended objectives. It provided the 25 selected students with knowledge and understanding of dispute resolution through arbitration, and offered them the opportunity to undertake study visits and learn about the working practices of the Thai Arbitration Institute and other relevant organisations in both the public and private sectors. This initiative lays the foundation for law students to gain a sound understanding of arbitration as a means of dispute resolution, contributing to their further development in the future.
