Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Office of the Judiciary, Welcomes Students from Six International Schools for a Study Visitimage

On Monday, 3 August 2026, the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Office of the Judiciary, had the pleasure of welcoming 33 secondary school students from six international schools for a study visit. The participating schools included Concordian International School, King’s College International School Bangkok, Harrow International School Bangkok, Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, Bangkok Patana School, and Satit Prasarnmit International Programme (SPIP).

The students attended two engaging lectures delivered by Ms Kamonchanok Katinasamit, Judge of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court and Executive Director of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), on “Arbitration in Thailand,” and Professor Vichai Ariyanuntaka, Advisor to the Thai Arbitration Institute, on “Understanding the Study of Law.” The programme also featured an interactive Q&A session, during which students had the opportunity to learn more about the role and mission of the TAI, as well as the importance of arbitration as an effective alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

The study visit was organised to introduce students to the fundamentals of law and alternative dispute resolution, while inspiring the next generation of aspiring legal professionals and fostering a greater appreciation of Thailand’s justice system.
