On Thursday, 3 September 2026, at 11:00 hrs., the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary (TAI), led by Ms. Kamonchanok Katinasamit, Judge of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court and the Executive Director of TAI, welcomed Ms. Joanne Lau, Secretary-General of HKIAC, together with Ms. Noppramart Thammateeradaycho, partner at Tilleke & Gibbins International Ltd. The meeting took place at the TAI Guest Lounge on the 5th floor, Criminal Court Building, Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok.

In this regard, both sides exchanged views on the management of international commercial disputes, developments in arbitration law, and the roles of the Hong Kong and Thai courts in supporting arbitration.
