On 3rd July 2024, at 14.00 – 15.30 hours, the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary (TAI) together with Indonesia Dispute Board (IDB) held a webinar (via TAI’s Zoom and Facebook Live) on the topic of “Everything one needs to know about arbitration in Thailand and Indonesian ADRs”. The purpose of the webinar was to disseminate knowledge regarding the practice and procedure of arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions in Thailand and Indonesia, leading to the development of the arbitration system of both countries to meet the international standard. In this regard, Prof. Vichai  Ariyanuntaka, Advisor to the Thai Arbitration Institute, together with Prof. Dr. Sabela  Gayo, President of Indonesia Dispute Board, were honored to be speakers in this webinar, and Ms. Sanhaporn  Korwatana, Legal Officer, Practitioner Level, performed as a moderator. The webinar recording is now available on the TAI YouTube Channel and TAI Facebook.
