Ms. Danaya Tangdhanakanond, Executive Director of the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary (TAI), Chief Judge of the President of the Supreme Court, together with TAI executives and officers has joined a discussion with Mrs. Thantip Jongjakapun, Justice of the Supreme Court acting Chief Judge of the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, together with the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court executives at the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty, Ratchaburidirekrit Building (Building A) about in-court arbitration development guidelines and utilizing mediation-arbitration proceedings according to the policy of the President of the Supreme Court, “to sustain” alternative dispute resolution based on economic and social environment along with the context of each court.
