Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary, Holds Opening Ceremony for the Training Program on Arbitration Proceedings: "TAI Smart Internship 2026"image

On Monday, 8 June 2026, at 09:00 hrs., Mr. Thiratai Charoenwong, Secretary-General of the Office of the Judiciary, designated Mr. Kunchat Polrarata, Appeal Court Justice of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court, to preside over the opening ceremony of the training program on arbitration proceedings—covering practices and court procedures relating to arbitration—under the course titled "TAI Smart Internship 2026," held from 8 June to 3 July 2026. On this occasion, Ms. Atipa Junwerasatien, Judge of Office of the President of the Supreme Court, delivered the opening report.

The ceremony was honored by the attendance of Mr. Sorawit Limparangsi, Deputy Chief Justice of the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court; Mrs. Ratchadawan Kosavad, Assistant Secretary-General of the Office of the Judiciary; Adjunct Professor Vichai Ariyanantaka, Advisor to the Thai Arbitration Institute; and Mrs. Sudtida Theera-anuwat, Director of the Office of Arbitration.

The objective of this program is to promote students' understanding of the arbitration process as a whole, as well as to create opportunities for study visits to the Arbitration Institute and related agencies. Students from educational institutions across the country expressed interest in joining the program, with 25 selected participants attending at the Meeting Room, 12th Floor, Criminal Court Building, Bangkok.
