Thail Arbitration Institute (TAI) Welcomes OECD Delegation for a Technical Fact-Finding Meeting

On Wednesday, 10 June 2026, from 09:00 to 12:15, Ms. Kamonchanok Kathinasamit, Judge of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court and Executive Director of the Thai Arbitration Institute, welcomed and joined a meeting with a delegation from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), led by Ms. Maaike de Langen and her team, together with officials from the Thailand Institute of Justice (Public Organization) (TIJ). The meeting was held on the occasion of the OECD delegation's visit to Thailand to conduct a study and gather additional information (fact-finding) regarding the mission of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Office of the Judiciary, under the Justice Scan project. The meeting took place in Meeting Room 1, 5th Floor, Criminal Court Building, Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok.
