On Monday, 29 June 2026, at 9.30 a.m., the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary (TAI), represented by Mrs. Rujira Chivalak, Senior Professional Legal Officer and Head of the Legal and System Development Division, was entrusted to lead the participants of the "TAI Smart Internship 2026" programme on a study visit and practical training at Tilleke & Gibbins International Ltd., held during 29–30 June 2026.

On this occasion, Mr. Chuserd Supasit-thumrong, Partner and Director of the Mediation and Dispute Resolution Department, together with Ms. Noppamas Thammatheeradecho, Partner, kindly welcomed the participants and delivered a presentation on the overview and structure of the organisation, as well as issues relating to labour law concerning termination of employment and resignation. The group was also honoured by Ms. Suratsawadee Jiamsuwan, Legal Consultant and Partner, along with the firm's distinguished team of speakers, who shared their knowledge and experience regarding practical approaches to litigation and advocacy for the new generation of legal professionals, and exchanged experiences on various topics.

The visit aimed to enhance the participants' understanding of the arbitration system as a whole, as well as to create opportunities to learn from real-world experience in the practice of the legal profession within private-sector organisations.
