On Friday, 26 June 2026, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, Mr. Kunchat Polratana, Appeal Court Justice of the Office of the President of the Supreme Court, led a group of officials from the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary, together with the 25 participants of the "TAI Smart Internship 2026" programme, on a study visit to Watson Farley & Williams (Thailand) Limited. On this occasion, Mr. Rattakarn Boonnua, Mr. Steven Burkill, and Mr. Tossaporn Sampipatthanadecha, Partners of the firm, along with their team, kindly welcomed the group and delivered a presentation on their work as legal advisors and counsel in Thailand.

Subsequently, from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., the participants undertook a study visit to the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), where Mr. Ratchasarut Chanchoti, Deputy Director for Strategy and Business Development, and his team, kindly welcomed the group and delivered a presentation on the overview of THAC's role, mission, and operations as an institution providing alternative dispute resolution services.

The visits aimed to enhance the students' understanding of the arbitration system as a whole, as well as to create opportunities and hands-on learning experiences regarding the work of relevant private-sector organisations.
