ข้อสัญญาอนุญาโตตุลาการ สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ (TAI)

(TAI Arbitration Model Clause) 

 “ข้อพิพาท ข้อขัดแย้ง หรือข้อเรียกร้องใด ๆ ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับ สัญญานี้รวมทั้งปัญหาการผิดสัญญาการเลิกสัญญา หรือความสมบูรณ์ของสัญญานี้ ให้ทำการวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดโดยการอนุญาโตตุลาการ ตามข้อบังคับอนุญาโตตุลาการ ของสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ สำนักงานศาลยุติธรรม ซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ในขณะที่มีการเสนอข้อพิพาทเพื่อการอนุญาโตตุลาการและให้อยู่ภายใต้การจัดการของสถาบัน ดังกล่าว”

“Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract or the breach, termination or validity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary, applicable at the time of submission of dispute to arbitration, and the conduct of arbitration thereof shall be under the auspices of the Thai Arbitration Institute.”
